Make testing arrangements
If the instructor is giving a test in the classroom or Testing Center, you may take it there or in LSS. However, certain accommodations are only available in LSS including use of a scribe and/or reader. If extended test time is provided in the classroom (and/or using online testing platforms), instructors must provide this.
What you need to do:
- Students are responsible for notifying instructors when scheduling exams in LSS (LA
115) or using the Testing Center (SC 300).
- Please note advance scheduling is required for LSS (LA 115)
- A minimum of 5 days is required to request a test date to allow adequate time to obtain a test and schedule a testing appointment.
- Testing appointment requests are now be made through the Student Accommodate Portal.
- Walk-in appointments are not allowed.
- Test appointments must be scheduled during the class's test time.
- Your Appointment is not confirmed until you receive a response from LSS accepting your request.
- If you need assistance contact the LSS proctors by email (lssproctors@wccnet.edu) or phone 734-477-8781.
- Give the instructor at least 3 class days notice of the testing appointment.
Any concern regarding services should be addressed to a Program Specialist or the Director of LSS at learningsupport@wccnet.edu or 734-973-3342.
