Join us for a fun and flavorful Dirty Soda Social where YOU become the mixologist! Students can build their own custom dirty soda using a variety of syrups, creams, and add-ins—and take home a reusable event cup (while supplies last). CTE Movie Monday: Harry Benson: Shoot First
Step behind the camera and into history with us at a special screening of Harry Benson: Shoot First on February 9th at 5pm in Garrett’s (1st floor Student Center). This powerful documentary follows legendary photojournalist Harry Benson, who captured some of the most iconic moments and figures of the 20th century—from The Beatles to civil rights protests and world leaders.
Whether you’re considering photography as a career or you’re simply fascinated by history and storytelling through images, this film is a perfect way to get inspired and see how one person with a camera helped document history in real time.

The Value of Joining Professional Associations hybrid workshop
Want to grow your network and make connections with professionals in your industry? We’ve got you covered! Professional associations are organizations that bring together individuals within a specific industry to advance their skills, knowledge, networking, and influence. Students can often join for free, or a greatly reduced rate. Learn about benefits, services, and applying for their scholarships. We will also discuss where to find associations within your industry.

Students can purchase a greatly reduced ticket for $5 at the WCC Cashiers Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. Tickets are for Friday entrance only. If the $5 tickets sell out, students can still purchase $10 tickets in person downtown, the morning of the event.
The Student Career Day Program supports school automotive educational programs by exposing students to the wide range of opportunities in the industry through subject matter speakers and presentations, corporate support and event participation. For many students it is a highlight of their semester.
