About Owen Fleming
Owen is an applied microeconomist with interests in health and labor economics. Specifically, his research examines the determinants of children's health and health care utilization as well as the role of nonphysicians in health care delivery. In March 2026, Owen will defend his Ph.D. in economics from Wayne State University.
